About the Role

As a Global Integrated Campaign Manager at Braze, you will play a critical role in developing and executing global marketing initiatives that drive new business and upsell pipeline. You will work closely with the Director of Integrated Campaigns to build and execute multi-channel campaigns, including anchor, brand, product, and competitor campaigns. Your expertise in marketing strategy, project management, and teamwork will be essential in driving business growth and delivering results.

What You Will Do

  • Own the strategy and execution for high-priority marketing campaigns, including industry, competitive, and product launches
  • Collaborate with Sales, BDR, and partner teams to build programs that resonate with prospects and customers
  • Work closely with regional marketing and localization teams on local adaptations of global campaigns
  • Understand the impact of your programs on the full marketing funnel and set and achieve goals that align with driving growth for the overall business
  • Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders with recommendations for optimization
  • Build strong partnerships with teams across the marketing org, including Content, Events, PR, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation/marketing, with a preference for those with SaaS experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate complex marketing funnels
  • Curious about new ways to improve digital channel productivity, stakeholder engagement efficiency, business process improvement, and user experience ROI
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate obstacles and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create interactive marketing content
  • Experience with video production, photography, or other forms of visual content creation
  • Certification in marketing automation, such as Marketo or Pardot
