Global Live Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Global Live Operations team serves as the execution arm of the Live Operations Strategy & Operations team, supporting real-time decision-making and operational continuity across the marketplace. This team partners closely with stakeholders to execute structured workflows, monitor live operations, and respond to disruptions such as severe weather, holidays, and demand spikes.

What You Will Do

• Execute daily operational workflows to maintain delivery quality and efficiency
• Monitor live dashboards and respond in real-time to emerging issues impacting deliveries
• Investigate individual deliveries or operational anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
• Research local events or conditions that may impact operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners to share updates or escalate issues
• Follow established playbooks consistently, while identifying opportunities for clarification or improvement
• Support testing of new tools and workflows, and provide structured feedback to improve efficiency over time
• Build familiarity with key tools, dashboards, and playbooks
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Identify and escalate operational issues in a timely and effective manner

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others, approach challenges with a collaborative mindset, and handle feedback constructively
• Remain calm and focused in time-sensitive or fast-paced situations, and can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work with consistency and accuracy
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or other structured, process-driven environments
• Familiarity with Adjust and other analytics tools
• Previous experience working in a remote environment
