About the Role

The Global Operations Manager - AI Strategy is a pivotal role at Cribl, focused on driving the company's AI adoption and strategic growth. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cribl's AI Center of Excellence, collaborating with various stakeholders to translate executive AI vision into actionable plans. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI strategy, operations management, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

As part of the global operations team, the manager will be responsible for designing and executing AI activation strategies across different business functions. This involves building enablement programs, playbooks, and workflows that facilitate the adoption of AI across the organization. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.

The manager will also oversee the AI Champions Network, recruiting, enabling, and sustaining embedded advocates across business functions. This includes partnering with the BizOps and People teams to co-design and deliver scalable, function-specific AI training. The goal is to make AI a daily habit for teams, not just a concept.

What You Will Do

  • Drive AI activation across Cribl, focusing on building function-specific enablement and workflows.
  • Architect and scale the AI Champions Network, recruiting and enabling advocates across the organization.
  • Partner with the BizOps and People teams to co-design and deliver AI training.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Cribl's AI Center of Excellence.
  • Synthesize the AI landscape across functions, tracking adoption and emerging use cases.
  • Partner with working group members to maintain and evolve core CoE assets.
  • Translate executive AI strategy into actionable plans, advising stakeholders on AI strategies and plans.
  • Identify patterns across functions to inform AI investment decisions.
  • Build a measurement framework to track AI adoption and impact.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise transformation.
  • Track record of advising and delivering company-wide initiatives.
  • Experience standing up or operating an AI CoE, AI community of practice, or similar function.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational momentum for new ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of AI strategy and operations.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills.
  • Experience with Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate with global teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the tech industry, preferably in a role related to AI or digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and platforms.
  • Certification in AI, data science, or a related field.
