About the Role
The Global Process Owner - Partner Operations is a pivotal role at Equinix, focused on leveraging data and technology to support the sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions. This involves working closely with various teams, including Partner Sales, Channel, Alliances, Marketing, Commercial, and CRO leadership, to identify and prioritize high-impact partner process improvements aligned with revenue objectives. The role is integral to defining and refining scalable operating models across partner-led motions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic initiatives.The day-to-day activities of this role are centered around process transformation, governance, and program execution. This includes leading the design and documentation of global process standards, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing governance structures to ensure consistent global adoption of standardized partner processes. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement is crucial, as is the capacity to translate strategic initiatives into clear process, policy, and system requirements.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Partner Sales, Channel, Alliances, Marketing, Commercial, and CRO leadership to identify high-impact partner process improvements.
- Develop lightweight business cases and ROI assessments to inform prioritization decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic initiatives into clear process, policy, and system requirements.
- Lead the design and documentation of global process standards across key partner lifecycle domains.
- Establish governance structures and ensure consistent global adoption of standardized partner processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying breakdowns, root causes, and opportunities for simplification.
- Partner with Partner Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to execute prioritized initiatives.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with digital/technology teams through implementation.
- Support the rollout of new partner programs, processes, and capabilities while ensuring alignment with enablement and communication plans.
- Measure the impact of changes using defined success metrics and drive iterative refinement.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Transformation, Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar functions within a technology or B2B enterprise environment.
- Experience designing and operationalizing partner-led go-to-market processes, including partner onboarding, lead management, deal registration, co-sell motions, partner attribution, and partner opportunity management.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and establishing scalable operating models across Partner, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of how partner motions integrate with the broader Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, renewals, and revenue attribution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
