About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute programmatic strategies that drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the Canadian market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting to achieve maximum ROI
- Manage multiple programmatic campaigns across different platforms, including demand-side platforms and ad exchanges
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop bespoke programmatic solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on programmatic advertising and market trends
- Participate in the development of the company's overall digital strategy and roadmap
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying and selling, including demand-side platforms, ad exchanges, and supply-side platforms
- Experience with data analysis tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with campaign optimization and ROI analysis
- Knowledge of the Canadian digital advertising market and key trends and developments
- Strong understanding of the company's products and services, including digital audio and podcast advertising
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence in programmatic advertising
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
