## About the Role The Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Stripe's sales enablement platforms. This involves not only the day-to-day administration and maintenance of these platforms but also contributing to their improvement and development. As a key member of the Global Sales Enablement team, this role is integral to equipping Stripe's go-to-market organization with the necessary tools and content to sell effectively and scale efficiently.

The sales enablement platforms are critical to the success of Stripe's sellers, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to effectively engage with customers and drive revenue growth. As such, the Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator must have a keen understanding of sales operations and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
## What You Will Do - Administer and configure enablement and productivity platforms according to business needs, including user provisioning, content management, permissions, and integrations.
- Ensure systems are clean, accurate, and up-to-date across both third-party tools and homegrown applications.
- Own and resolve support tickets across enablement platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the first line of support for technical and access issues, maintaining platform hygiene and handling user management requests efficiently.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of Stripe's custom-built enablement platform, working with technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Next.js, DB ORMs, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Serve as technical backup to the team's full-stack engineer on design and development work.
- Participate in UAT and iterative testing for new capabilities.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and data workflows that support reporting, performance visibility, and operational decision-making, utilizing tools like Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and AI tooling.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including building agents or automations to streamline recurring processes.
- Proactively notice what's not working, dig into the 'why,' and bring forward clear, actionable solutions, driving governance of agentic workflows.
- Leverage AI to build and maintain knowledge, staying curious and solving for real problems.
- Proficiency in GTM (go-to-market) strategies and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams and provide high-quality support.
- Experience with custom-built enablement platforms and technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Next.js, DB ORMs, React, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and hygiene across all platforms.
- Experience with AI tooling and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
- Knowledge of design principles and the ability to contribute to the design and development of new features.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards.
