## About the Role As a Global Sales Manager - Enterprise - Americas, you will play a pivotal role in driving Hyatt's sales efforts across the region. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding existing corporate relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to increase revenue. You will be working closely with the Global Directors to set account management strategies and oversee the implementation of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate business travel and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in sales management. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your digital skills to drive sales growth and stay ahead of the competition. You will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in driving the success of the company, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. ## What You Will Do - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the Americas region - Manage and expand existing corporate relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies - Work closely with the Global Directors to set account management strategies and oversee the implementation of key initiatives - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition - Utilize digital skills to drive sales growth and expand Hyatt's online presence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and industry partners - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and pitch opportunities - Manage and oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving sales targets - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improvement - Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement ## What We Are Looking For - At least 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or corporate travel industry - Strong understanding of the corporate business travel and hospitality industry - Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems such as Envision - Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or hospitality - Comprehensive knowledge of hotels and sales practices, with experience in managing and overseeing sales teams - Experience with Master Sales Agreements/MSAs for meeting/event customers - Working understanding/experience with Finance/Banking and/or Government segment and customers preferred ## Nice to Have - Experience with Cognos, Thoughtspot, Agency360, Reserve, SynXis, RMT, Oracle - Knowledge of the Group/MICE Segment and experience in managing and overseeing sales teams in this area - Certification in sales or marketing, such as a CRM or sales management certification ## Benefits and Perks - Annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globally - Flexible work schedule and remote work options - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision - 401K with company match and paid time off - Wellbeing initiatives, including a complimentary Headspace subscription and discount at the on-site fitness center - Global family assistance policy, including paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child and financial assistance for adoption
