What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain complex supply chain models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted supply chain strategies
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve supply chain resilience

  • Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of its goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), or logistics
  • Expertise in one or more of the following systems: SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory theory, and S&OP operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning and data analysis, particularly in the context of supply chain management
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
  • Certification in supply chain management or a related field, such as APICS or ISCEA
  • Experience working with cloud-based supply chain planning tools and technologies
