About the Role

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, acquiring, and retaining top talent for Bjak's global operations. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, senior, and niche roles across a wide range of functions, including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Your expertise in digital recruitment strategies and remote work will be essential in driving the company's talent acquisition goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that meet the company's talent needs. Your ability to think creatively and outside the box will be essential in identifying and attracting top talent in a highly competitive job market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines of passive candidates in competitive international markets
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers globally to define roles, provide current market insights, and advise on optimal talent strategies and organizational design
  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of global recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local labor laws across all regions
  • Track key recruiting performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and present actionable reports to leadership to optimize hiring efforts
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive, professional, and consistent experience for all candidates across every touchpoint
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into sourcing, screening, and interview practices globally
  • Manage a high-volume, diverse requisition load simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hire
  • Utilize sophisticated sourcing methods across traditional and digital platforms to build pipelines for non-technical roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrating success in hiring across a wide range of functional areas
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, diverse requisition load simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hire
  • Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods across traditional and digital platforms
  • Demonstrable experience managing global or multi-regional requisitions, successfully navigating diverse labor laws, compensation structures, and cultural sensitivities
  • Exceptional ability to act as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior business leaders on market intelligence, organizational design, and talent acquisition strategy
  • Fluency in using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient process management, compliance, and data integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
