The Global Template role at Andela is a strategic sales position that requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience in tech services and/or SaaS providers. This role entails driving new business across various industry sectors, meeting clients' evolving technology needs, and collaborating with the demand generation team to generate interest and qualify leads. What You Will Do

  • Target and engage senior decision-makers across multiple industry sectors through targeted outreach, sector-specific campaigns, and strategic networking to buy Andela services.
  • Run high-impact demos, deliver tailored marketplace value propositions, negotiate deals, and guarantee seamless onboarding.
  • Develop and execute territory development plans, focusing on the United States market and optimizing ICP and GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure focused messaging, seamless client experience, and solution alignment.
  • Accurately manage and forecast pipeline across multiple industries using CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring efficient funnel progression and sector segmentation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, track account performance, and ensure long-term client loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry-specific pain points and refine ICP and GTM strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Solicit diverse opinions and feedback to continuously improve the sales strategy and approach.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience at a technology services provider or SaaS company, with strong success driving new business.
  • Strong understanding of the tech services and SaaS industries, with a proven track record of success in managing sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
