## About the Role The Go-to-Market Engineer role at Speechify is a critical position that involves building, maintaining, and optimizing the outbound infrastructure for the company's SIMBA Voice Agents product. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GTM ecosystem, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier, as well as experience with growth engineering, RevOps, or a related field. You will be working closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of the GTM tech stack and to identify areas for improvement.
## What You Will Do - Design, implement, and maintain the outbound infrastructure for SIMBA Voice Agents, ensuring scalability and efficiency - Own the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other related tools, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices - Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation, and monitor their performance to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and optimize funnel conversion - Develop and maintain data pipelines to support GTM analytics and reporting, and provide insights to inform business decisions - Work with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts, and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage them - Monitor and analyze key metrics, including pipeline performance, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity, to identify areas for optimization - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve the GTM tech stack and overall business performance - Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement - Collaborate with the product team to develop and refine the SIMBA Voice Agents product, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
## What We Are Looking For - Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, with a strong technical lean and a deep understanding of the GTM ecosystem - Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other related tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions - Experience with data pipelines and analytics, and the ability to develop and maintain data visualizations to support business insights - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with AI and machine learning, and the ability to deploy and maintain AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation - Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and the ability to develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage target accounts - Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
## Nice to Have - Experience with Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or Instantly, and the ability to integrate these tools with the GTM tech stack - Knowledge of Webhooks, REST APIs, and other integration technologies, and the ability to develop and maintain custom integrations - Experience with Zapier/Make, and the ability to automate workflows and optimize business processes - Certification in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other related tools, and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve the GTM tech stack and overall business performance
