About the Role

The Go-to-Market Engineer plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the technical systems that drive Speechify's outbound motion. This position involves working closely with the growth engineering and RevOps teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that fuel the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the modern GTM stack and a proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch.

As a key member of the team, the Go-to-Market Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of various tools and technologies, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement outbound systems that drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain technical integrations with various tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform GTM decisions and optimize system performance
  • Build and manage workflows that automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation of technical systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the GTM space
  • Participate in the development of the company's GTM strategy and roadmap

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean
  • Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, or other similar tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Certification in GTM, RevOps, or a related field
