About the Role

The Go-to-Market Engineer position at Speechify is a critical role that will be responsible for building and owning the technical systems that power the company's outbound motion. What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and implement technical systems to support the outbound motion of SIMBA Voice Agents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth engineering and RevOps, to ensure alignment and integration of systems
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient technical solutions to drive growth
  • Work closely with the product team to understand and implement product requirements
  • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation of systems and processes
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and updates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve systems and processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean
