About the Role

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist at Hire Hangar, you will be responsible for driving growth through the development and execution of inbound, outbound, and content-driven campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about marketing and growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to experiment with GTM strategies, optimize campaigns, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth channels.

The GTM Specialist role is a critical component of Hire Hangar's growth strategy, and as such, you will be expected to be highly collaborative and communicative, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and campaign optimization will be essential in driving data-driven decisions and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You Will Do

  • Execute inbound campaigns across SEO, content marketing, social media, and earned media to drive qualified leads and growth
  • Develop and implement outbound outreach strategies through cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and light cold calling to generate pipeline
  • Experiment with social growth on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, and online communities to expand Hire Hangar's reach and influence
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to generate qualified pipeline and drive scalable growth
  • Test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and channels to improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine GTM messaging and targeting, and to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hire Hangar's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and growth strategies, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance and drive growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-4 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or lead generation roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with inbound or outbound lead generation campaigns, and a deep understanding of the principles and best practices of growth marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Prior remote work experience, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to run experiments, iterate quickly, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop effective solutions

  • Experience running multi-channel growth experiments, with a deep understanding of the principles and best practices of growth marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, or social growth strategies, and a willingness to apply this knowledge to drive growth and improve campaign performance
  • Experience generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or tech products, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Exposure to data-driven marketing or performance tracking, with a strong analytical mindset and a willingness to apply data to drive decision making
