About the Role
The Go-to-Market role at Speechify is a critical position that involves owning the full sales cycle for their innovative SIMBA Voice Agents product. This entails running technically deep discovery calls, partnering with engineers to ensure seamless handoffs, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape and a proven track record of closing deals with both technical buyers and business stakeholders.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building compelling demos to showcase the product's capabilities. With a focus on exceptional communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex technical concepts without losing their depth, making them an effective ambassador for Speechify's cutting-edge technology.

What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle for SIMBA Voice Agents, from initial contact to close
- Run technically deep discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
- Partner with engineers to ensure seamless handoffs and integration of the product
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Build compelling demos to showcase the product's capabilities
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the sales approach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI/ML and voice technology landscape
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or Go-to-Market role at a technical B2B company
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape
- Proven track record of closing deals with both technical buyers and business stakeholders
- Comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools to build compelling demos
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action
- Strong pipeline discipline and organizational skills
- Experience with sales tools and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
