Graduate Business Operations Associate

What You Will Do

• Manage and resolve order exceptions, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively
• Run daily cross-system checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Answer operational queries from sellers and partners, providing excellent customer service and support
• Work with the AI team to build and implement automation solutions, using tools like Claude to drive efficiency and growth
• Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and transportation operations
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the sales and marketing teams
• Assist with the onboarding of new sellers and partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in a quantitative discipline, such as engineering, math, physics, or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies, such as Claude, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Comfortable working with raw data and spreadsheets, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a logistics or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations
• Familiarity with coding languages, such as Python or SQL, and experience working with no-code tooling like Make or Zapier
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and a strong understanding of data storytelling
• A strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in a business environment
• Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to take risks and drive innovation
