## What You Will Do - Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with clients' needs and goals - Develop and refine project concepts and funding strategies - Create compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and other required attachments - Guide budget development, justification, and finalization - Coordinate the finalization of application materials and guide the submission process - Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and formatting standards - Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the development process - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of grantmaking entities, especially federal grant programs - Stay up-to-date with changes in grant funding opportunities and priorities
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university - Master's Degree or higher encouraged - 4+ years of professional grant writing and research experience - Experience with state and federal grants and working with government agency applicants - Strong foundational knowledge of grantmaking entities, especially federal grant programs - Excellent writing and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
