About the Role
The Graphic Design Intern role at Twilio is designed for an enthusiastic and developing creative who is eager to learn the ropes of a world-class brand. As a member of the Brand Team, you will work closely with senior designers and art directors to bring the Twilio story to life across various touchpoints. What You Will Do
- Support and execute design tasks that range from social media assets and presentation decks to event signage and internal communications
- Maintain brand consistency by learning and applying Twilio's brand guidelines rigorously
- Iterate and refine designs based on direction and feedback from creative leads
- Assist in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms
- Prepare files for production, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries
- Collaborate with the team in creative brainstorms and meetings, bringing fresh perspectives and a 'builder' mindset
- Develop and refine your design skills through mentorship and feedback in a fast-paced, global environment
- Work on multiple small tasks simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Participate in the development of the company's visual identity and brand narrative
What We Are Looking For
- Actively working on or have a Bachelor's level degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Foundational skills in typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Attention to detail, with an eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy
- A strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them in a variety of contexts
- A growth mindset, with a hunger to learn and a positive attitude toward feedback
- A link to your portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your design thinking and execution
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
