- Support and execute design tasks under the guidance of senior designers and art directors for digital, social, and print platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency by rigorously applying Twilio’s brand guidelines to ensure every piece of work aligns with the visual identity.
- Iterate and refine designs based on direction and feedback from creative leads to move projects from concept to final delivery.
- Assist in production tasks, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries.
- Collaborate with the team in creative brainstorms and meetings, bringing fresh perspectives and a builder mindset.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality visual assets for social media, presentations, event signage, and internal communications.
- Learn and apply feedback to continuously improve your design skills and understanding of Twilio’s brand.
- Participate in the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all design elements are of high quality and meet brand standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of design files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Actively working on or have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Attention to detail, with an eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy.
- A growth mindset, with a hunger to learn, a positive attitude toward feedback, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- A link to your portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your design thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems and how to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles, especially as they relate to design implementation.
- Familiarity with project management tools used in design teams.
