About the Role
Benrey is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their team, focusing on creating impactful digital campaigns for clients across various industries. As a Graphic Designer at Benrey, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing top-to-bottom marketing funnels, collaborating with content managers and product owners, and experimenting with new approaches and tools to drive brand growth.The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and adjust your schedule to meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-performance environment. What You Will Do
- Engineer, launch, and optimize digital campaigns for various clients and industries
- Design comprehensive marketing funnels that drive brand engagement and conversion
- Collaborate closely with content managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to provide clear briefs, creative direction, and test hypotheses
- Work alongside a team of designers, marketers, and product specialists to achieve shared objectives
- Utilize AI tools to explore ideas, iterate designs, and scale assets efficiently
- Conduct experiments and tests to push creative boundaries and improve campaign performance
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and workflow
- Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing and brand development
- Strong portfolio that showcases brand thinking, consistency, and high-quality execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma and other design collaboration tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows
- Understanding of brand development principles and how to maintain and evolve brand identities
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality designs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry, or a background in crypto/fintech
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and how they intersect with design
- Experience with UX design and human-centered design principles
- Certification in design or a related field
- Participation in design communities or conferences
