About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Fibonacci Agency, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of content across digital and offline media. Your primary goal will be to create imaginative and innovative design concepts that uphold brand consistency. What You Will Do
- Generate imaginative and innovative design concepts for a diverse range of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia
- Employ your artistic prowess to craft visually appealing social media creatives, web banners, email signatures, slide decks, video edits, and animation
- Create presentations, infographics, brochures, flyers, and visual aids for internal and external communications
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
- Translate project requisites into impactful visual solutions that enhance the overall user experience and engagement
- Play a pivotal role in evolving and upholding brand guidelines, guaranteeing the uniform utilization of typography, color palettes, and design elements across all materials
- Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of design, including advancements in design software and tools
- Design and develop email templates, landing pages, and logos that meet the company's brand standards
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of your work, including samples of your design concepts and finished products
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in a creative agency
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Media, Advertising, or related fields
- Extensive experience with design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
- Experience with XD and Figma is a plus
- Ability to manage the entire design project lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Availability in US time zones (EST, CST, PST) is a plus but flexible work hours are offered
- Strong artistic background and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
