About the Role
The Graphic Designer position at VIVERE GmbH is a unique opportunity for a talented designer to join a forward-thinking brand house that is reimagining how modern brands are built. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating the visual storytelling behind eCommerce funnels, Amazon listings, and DTC product pages. Your designs will not only need to be aesthetically pleasing but also strategically crafted to drive conversions and revenue growth.Day-to-day, you will work closely with marketers and copywriters to shape funnel strategy and visual hierarchy, ensuring that every product you design lands in front of real shoppers and makes them stop scrolling and start buying. Given the fast-paced nature of the company, you will need to be adaptable, able to iterate quickly based on performance data and real user behavior, and maintain high standards of quality across every format and channel.
The role is remote, supporting a team on the CET timezone, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a global team that takes creative work seriously.
What You Will Do
- Create D2C funnel assets and Amazon listings end-to-end, from the initial brief to the final file.
- Build packaging, communication materials, layouts, and high-quality designs in Figma, leveraging your proficiency in components, design systems, and responsive layouts.
- Turn product briefs into visual experiences that communicate clearly and convert, understanding what makes a funnel work and how to design for Amazon's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to shape funnel strategy and visual hierarchy, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and real user behavior, using data to inform design decisions.
- Keep projects organized in Asana, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and deadlines are met.
- Uphold brand and quality standards across every format and channel, maintaining consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
- Produce both static visuals and video content, from product imagery to short-form assets, to cater to different marketing needs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that design assets are aligned with overall brand strategies and objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing for eCommerce, DTC, or performance-driven digital environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of components, design systems, and responsive layouts.
- Experience in designing for Amazon's ecosystem and understanding of what makes a funnel work.
- A portfolio that showcases work that not only looks great but also performs, demonstrating an ability to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- The ability to produce both static visuals and video content, catering to different marketing needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to deliver clean work under real deadlines without cutting corners.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with the global team.
- Comfort with working remotely and independently, utilizing tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Docs.
