What You Will Do

• Convert legacy PowerPoint decks into modern, visually appealing presentations that align with Mercor's brand guidelines.
• Faithfully reproduce complex layouts, charts, smart objects, and embedded graphics to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Apply consistent slide masters, themes, and corporate branding to all presentations.
• Annotate and improve slides for clarity, narrative flow, and visual impact, ensuring that all presentations tell a compelling story.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a library of reusable PowerPoint templates and design elements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality presentations that meet their needs.
• Develop and implement effective design solutions that enhance the engagement and retention of the audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and innovation of presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
• Ensure all design work is of high quality, meets brand standards, and is delivered on time.

What We Are Looking For

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, slide masters, themes, and smart objects.
• Strong sense of visual design and corporate deck conventions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create professional, engaging presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and written English skills, ensuring that all presentations are error-free and convey the intended message clearly.
• Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a flexible, remote schedule.
• Experience in designing for digital platforms, with a deep understanding of how visual elements contribute to the user experience.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in graphic design, particularly in PowerPoint presentation design.
