The Graphic Designer position at Libertex Group is a unique opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind in-house creative studio. What You Will Do
- Produce banners for performance campaigns in social media channels, ensuring they meet the company's high standards for creativity and effectiveness.
- Work on routine tasks such as localization, batch production, and exporting, leveraging your expertise in design tools and software.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and the art director to ensure alignment with the company's brand vision and campaign goals.
- Engage daily with the social media manager to understand campaign performance, provide design support, and optimize ad creatives for better results.
- Take an active role in the creation of concepts and visual assets for ad campaigns, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table.
- Design work for high-profile brands within the online trading and crypto industry, expanding your portfolio with diverse and challenging projects.
- Utilize AI tools across the creative pipeline, including but not limited to image generation tools, AI video tools, and LLMs for ideation and copy, to enhance design capabilities and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and impact of your work.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, performance-driven ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, with the ability to quickly learn new design tools and software.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, search engine marketing, Google Display, and App Stores.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your creative background, with examples of your work in designing ad banners and other visual assets for campaigns.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with different deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet campaign goals.
- Proactive approach to evaluating creative trends and staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing and design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D software (Blender, Maya, etc.) for additional creative capabilities.
- Background in a creative agency or a similarly versatile environment, where you've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and campaigns.
