About the Role
The Graphic Designer position at MAISON DE MAA KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİT is a creative role that involves developing visual concepts and designs to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. What You Will Do
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials to develop innovative design solutions.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submit them for approval.
- Communicate with the Creative Director about layout and design to ensure consistency and quality.
- Handle the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements to develop effective design strategies.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements to create compelling designs.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand to meet the company's visual needs.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final design solutions that meet the company's goals.
- Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback to ensure the highest quality.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and creativity.
- Experience as a graphic designer, with demonstrable graphic design skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and creativity.
