About the Role

The Graphic Designer position at The Fountain Group is a unique opportunity for a talented designer to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to execution. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of the company's marketing efforts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to define and solve complex marketing problems, leveraging your expertise in design to drive results.

Day-to-day, you can expect to collaborate with various teams, including marketing and sales, to develop cohesive design themes for email campaigns, web updates, and event experiences. Your input will be invaluable in shaping the visual identity of the company, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of their marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Concept and design creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns
  • Develop webpages and presentations that engage and inform the target audience
  • Create immersive experiences for world-class events, including Dreamforce
  • Design and implement cohesive design themes for email campaigns and web updates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and solve complex marketing problems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design quality and effectiveness
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches
  • Work on special projects as needed, utilizing your design skills to drive results
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand and visual identity

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite
  • Excellent design craft, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your abilities
  • Experience working with Salesforce products, or a willingness to learn
  • Strong conceptual abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges

Nice to Have

  • Motion and animation skills, with experience using tools like Adobe After Effects
  • Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana
