About the Role
The Graphic Designer position at Passion for Life, Inc. is a unique opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to contribute to the development of the company's brand identity and support its marketing initiatives. What You Will Do
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, including business development presentations.
- Ensure all projects are completed with high quality and on schedule, meeting the design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Establish creative direction for the company, developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, balancing the needs of different stakeholders.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images, using graphic design software proficiently.
- Work with a wide range of media, utilizing knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives, ensuring design elements are cohesive and effective.
- Develop and maintain a compelling portfolio of work, showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's brand presence.
What We Are Looking For
- Associate's degree or equivalent in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating high-quality design work.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, including layouts, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring all design work is error-free and of the highest quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Compelling portfolio of work that showcases creativity, skill, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS, understanding how design elements interact with web development.
- Experience with other graphic design software, such as Sketch.
