About the Role
The Graphic Narrator position at Resilient Solutions Plus, LLC is a unique opportunity for a creative and visually driven individual to transform ideas, stories, concepts, and information into compelling visual narratives. As a key member of the Creative Services / Content Development team, the Graphic Narrator will work closely with writers, marketers, educators, and subject matter experts to develop visual storytelling solutions that inform, educate, entertain, or persuade audiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement, with the ability to maintain a consistent visual voice across various mediums.The Graphic Narrator will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visual content that meets the company's communication objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and information design, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do
- Develop visual narratives that communicate stories, data, concepts, or brand messages through a range of visual formats, including illustrations, infographics, sequential art, motion graphics, and presentations.
- Create storyboards, infographics, illustrated content, comics, visual reports, and presentation materials that engage and inform audiences.
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, educators, and subject matter experts to develop visual storytelling solutions that meet the company's communication objectives.
- Translate written content into engaging visual formats that improve audience understanding and retention.
- Design layouts, characters, icons, and visual elements that support narrative flow and maintain brand consistency.
- Produce graphics for websites, social media, publications, training materials, and marketing campaigns that capture the attention of diverse audiences.
- Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Research audience needs and adapt visual storytelling techniques accordingly, using data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and improve.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in graphic design, visual communication, and digital storytelling, applying this knowledge to develop innovative visual solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, visual storytelling, or content creation, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling through visual design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and information design, with the ability to apply these principles to develop engaging visual content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement, with the ability to maintain a consistent visual voice across various mediums.
