What You Will Do
- Manage the overall financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Conduct goal setting, skills assessment, and performance evaluations for employees
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing multiple accounts and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
