About the Role
The Group Manager, Product Design, will lead and oversee design teams to ensure Housecall Pro's products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and strategy for the product design team, aligning with business goals and product roadmaps
- Mentor and level-up designers, providing feedback, guidance, and frameworks
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure design quality and user experience are consistently high across all products
