## About the Role As a Group Product Manager at MonetizeMore, you will play a dual role: championing product excellence across the organization and driving the strategy, growth, and execution of Advanced Ads, the company's leading ad-management platform. You will mentor and guide other product managers, helping them to elevate their craft and drive business results. With a focus on outcome-driven product development, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that features are not just shipped, but successfully adopted and commercialized.
The role of a Group Product Manager is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its capabilities deeper into the MonetizeMore ecosystem. You will also lead continuous product discovery, working closely with customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points and validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value.

## What You Will Do - Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its capabilities deeper into the MonetizeMore ecosystem - Lead continuous product discovery to uncover publishers' deepest pain points and validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value - Mentor and guide other product managers, helping them to elevate their craft and drive business results - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that features are not just shipped, but successfully adopted and commercialized - Drive the strategy, growth, and execution of Advanced Ads, with a focus on revenue and growth - Take end-to-end ownership of monetization strategy, from GTM to customer lifetime value (LTV) and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are successfully adopted and commercialized - Determine the long-term needs of the Advanced Ads business line, including resource requirements and investment - Propose and collaborate on the best organizational design for the success of the product - Implement modern product operating model principles, including product trios, data-informed decision making, and rapid prototyping - Evangelize Kaizen, introducing continuous feedback loops and structured retrospective frameworks to scale product management maturity
## What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs - Experience working in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem - Deeply practical experience working within a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model - Strong understanding of GTM and Excel, with the ability to dive into raw data to find hidden patterns - Data-driven and courageous, with the ability to pivot or kill features that are not delivering the expected outcome - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effortlessly communicate complex ideas to cross-functional teams - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide other product managers - Experience working in a fast-paced, remote work environment, with a focus on delivering impact rather than hours worked
## Nice to Have - Experience working with Advanced Ads or similar ad-management platforms - Knowledge of modern product operating model principles, including product trios and rapid prototyping - Experience with data-informed decision making and continuous feedback loops - Familiarity with Kaizen and the principles of continuous improvement
