About the Role
The Group Product Manager role at Samsung Food is a critical position that will lead the company's nutrition pillar product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of product managers, delivering the nutrition pillar product roadmap, and shipping high-quality products that meet the needs of Samsung Food's users. The role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple time zones, including Europe, Korea, and the U.S. The Group Product Manager will need to navigate priorities, different cultures, and stakeholders to deliver successful products. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of three product managers
- Set a clear quality bar for the team's thinking and output
- Deliver the product roadmap from the current rules-based coaching system to an AI-adaptive, personalized experience
- Navigate cross-org complexity and align with Samsung Health HQ on nutrition pillar delivery
- Partner with engineering to make systems feel like a single, intuitive experience
- Define and own success metrics, including KPIs for coaching effectiveness, diet quality improvement, user engagement, and retention
- Use data to inform product iteration and contribute to the broader product organization
- Ensure coherence across the coaching experience, including user states, progression models, and scheduling logic
- Collaborate with AI teams on the personalization engine and with behavioral science teams on behavior change systems
- Ship a beta product by Q3 and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring product managers
- A track record of shipping complex products in cross-org environments
- Experience with AI, data, and behavior change systems
- Strong core product skills and the curiosity to evolve with the role
- Cultural fluency, stakeholder awareness, and the ability to create clarity
- A genuine interest in behavior change and nutrition
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with COM-B behavioral framework and personalization engines
- Knowledge of nutrition and health sciences
- Familiarity with Samsung Health and SmartThings platforms
- Experience working with engineering and design teams
- Certification in product management or a related field
