## About the Role As a Growth Account Executive at Webflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing complex SaaS deals with medium-sized businesses. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored sales solutions. The role is part of Webflow's Growth Sales team, which is focused on expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a proven track record of success in closing complex deals, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with the Solutions Engineering team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of Webflow's customers, and you will be expected to provide feedback and insights to help improve the sales process.

## What You Will Do - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to close complex SaaS deals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, to deliver tailored sales solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners - Provide feedback and insights to help improve the sales process and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales success - Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and expansion of Webflow's customer base - Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Webflow's products and services, and be able to articulate their value proposition to customers
## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in closing complex deals - Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the sales process - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects - Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
