## About the Role As a Growth Account Executive at Webflow, you will be instrumental in driving the company's go-to-market strategy, focusing on scaling SaaS sales with companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees. Your role will involve a proactive, outbound-driven approach to building pipeline, identifying high-potential accounts, and navigating complex sales cycles. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in prospecting, disciplined discovery, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, value-based sales motions tailored to each customer's unique needs.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Identify, engage, and close complex SaaS deals with companies of 50-300 employees - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through outbound efforts - Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly - Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver demo presentations and trials - Navigate multi-threaded buying groups, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships - Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve overall sales strategy and efficiency - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge - Participate in sales strategy sessions and contribute to the development of best practices

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a growth or enterprise sales role - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles, including prospecting, discovery, and closing - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles - Experience with CRM software and sales productivity tools - Familiarity with the digital marketing and web development industries - Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs

## Nice to Have - Experience working with AI-native digital experience platforms - Knowledge of web development principles and technologies - Familiarity with design and development tools - Certification in sales methodology or a related field - Experience working in a remote-first environment
