About the Role
As a Growth Development Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Aledade's network by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Your primary focus will be on identifying primary care practices interested in joining Aledade's network and initiating meaningful conversations to understand their needs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns, ensuring that all activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system and outreach.io.The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. What You Will Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads within the primary care sector
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for Aledade's value-based care model
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system and outreach.io
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
- Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the primary care sector and Aledade's position within it
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other CRM software
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
