Job Description

About the Role

As a Growth Hacker at Kyra, you will be responsible for building and scaling the company's growth engine from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge influencer marketing platform that has already attracted top brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. You will be working closely with the COO to drive business growth and expand the company's reach.

The role is based in the United Kingdom, with the option to work remotely from Europe and occasional travel to London. As a growth hacker, you will be responsible for owning the full funnel, running constant experiments, and finding the fastest and cheapest ways to win and keep brands.

Kyra's platform manages the full lifecycle of influencer marketing, from creator discovery to campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence. The company runs two businesses that feed into each other: a profitable managed-service agency and a subscription platform. Your role will be to build a growth engine that compounds the growth of both businesses.

What You Will Do

  • Own the number: active brands is your key performance indicator, and you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing the number of subscribed brands running live campaigns.
  • Run the channels: you will be responsible for managing paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as email and lifecycle management in HubSpot.
  • Build the loop: you will need to build the referral mechanics, agency-to-platform motion, and data flywheel to compound growth.
  • Run the experiment engine: you will be responsible for hypothesis, testing, measuring, and scaling the winners, and killing the rest.
  • Work AI-first: you will need to generate creative, copy, and landing pages at volume using AI, and use AI to find patterns in the data and identify where the funnel leaks.
  • Feed insight back into product: you will need to surface insights and recommendations to the product team to drive growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Influencer or creator marketing experience, or two-sided marketplace experience.
  • A track record of growing a product, with numbers to prove it.
  • Paid channel ownership experience, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Organic and lifecycle management experience, including SEO and AI search optimization, and email and CRM in HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Analytics and experiment design experience, including event tracking and attribution in GA4 and Mixpanel.
  • AI-immersed, with experience using AI tools and prompt engineering.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning engineering.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
