About the Role
The Growth Lead position at Flux Academy is a rare opportunity for a full-stack marketer to take ownership of revenue growth and drive the company's marketing efforts forward. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the founder, Ran Segall, to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. With a strong focus on innovation and creativity, you will be responsible for managing all marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and the company website.As a remote team, Flux Academy values autonomy, accountability, and a willingness to experiment and learn. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and optimistic individual who is passionate about marketing and growth. With a strong understanding of direct response online marketing and a keen eye for design, you will be well-equipped to drive the company's growth and success.
Flux Academy is a small but mighty team, and as the Growth Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory. With a focus on organic traffic and a strong YouTube presence, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that drives conversions and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and conversions
- Manage all marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and the company website
- Collaborate with the founder, Ran Segall, to develop and implement new growth initiatives
- Write high-converting email sequences and sales pages to drive launches and evergreen funnels
- Build and manage automations in Ontraport and Make.com
- Lead product launches from strategy to execution, managing timelines, assets, and QA
- Own the weekly KPI sheet, tracking traffic, sales, and conversions
- Research and implement AI tools to 10x marketing efficiency
- Publish lead magnets, landing pages, and optimize the website for conversions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of direct response online marketing and its best practices
- Experience with email marketing, paid ads, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in Ontraport and Make.com, or similar automation tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write high-converting copy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure KPIs
- Experience with AI tools and their applications in marketing
- A strong eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful marketing materials
Nice to Have
- Experience in the online education space, or a similar niche
- Familiarity with Russell Brunson's books and the principles of direct response marketing
- Experience with website management and optimization
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in marketing
- Experience with team collaboration and remote work
