Job Description

About the Role

Forager is looking for a Growth Lead to enhance user acquisition and maximize the conversion of free users to paid subscriptions. You will architect our conversion funnel using data-driven strategies while focusing on user engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to convert free users into paid subscriptions by identifying key conversion points, designing focused campaigns, and creating effective messaging.
  • Analyze user behavior to pinpoint improvement opportunities for conversion rates, using analytics tools while conducting A/B tests.
  • Design targeted email marketing campaigns and in-app messages that nurture free users and drive conversion with compelling copy.
  • Work alongside product and engineering teams to enhance the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from free to paid.
  • Create and manage marketing content, such as landing pages and social media campaigns, that supports conversion efforts.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and social media) to drive targeted traffic to the subscription pages.
  • Monitor KPIs related to user acquisition and conversion rates, providing insights to leadership regularly.

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • Proven track record in user acquisition and conversion strategies

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Background in A/B testing tools
