Job Description

About the Role

MapTiler is seeking a strategic Growth Manager to lead performance marketing and international expansion. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic scaling to drive growth in a technical B2B/B2D environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and own the roadmap for multi-channel performance campaigns (SEM, Social, Programmatic) with a focus on scaling reach across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Take ownership of the user journey, optimizing landing pages and sign-up flow to reduce 'Time to First Map' for developers.
  • Lead a systematic experimentation framework, building a culture of hypothesis-driven growth across web presence and product onboarding.
  • Architect and manage marketing attribution models, tracking deep-funnel events to ensure marketing spend aligns with high-value enterprise leads and API usage.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Marketing, translating technical product updates into high-performing growth levers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS, Cloud, or developer-focused industries.
