About the Role
Ramp is seeking a Growth Manager to create a delightful web experience that maximizes lead generation through the company website. The ideal candidate will work directly with engineering, data, and design teams to develop a unique web experience that resonates with the target audience.Responsibilities
- Drive net new leads through Conversion Rate Optimization and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns
- Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, and layouts on the website
- Leverage web analytics tools to monitor performance and uncover trends
- Report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates and user engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, or adjacent field
- Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems and drive solutions to completion
