About the Role

As a Growth Marketer at BitMEX, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and establish BitMEX as a leader in the crypto derivatives market. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you will analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI.

The Growth Marketer role is a key part of the marketing team, which is responsible for promoting BitMEX's platform and services to a global audience. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with other team members, including the Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and Paid Media Specialist. Your day-to-day activities will include campaign planning, budget management, and collaboration with external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

BitMEX is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and as a Growth Marketer, you will need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a rapidly changing market. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Create and implement campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, paid media, and content marketing
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Work closely with external partners, including agencies and influencers, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring that all marketing activities are within budget and delivering a positive ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the crypto or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, paid media, and content marketing
  • Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization, including the use of tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong knowledge of the crypto and financial services industry, including trends, developments, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including email marketing and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Certification in digital marketing, including Google Analytics or HubSpot
