Job Description

About the Role

The Growth Marketer at Lexidy plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating growth initiatives across both B2C and B2B channels. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions that impact the company's growth trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, as well as leveraging SEO fundamentals to drive organic traffic. You will also be involved in email and CRM marketing efforts, with a focus on funnel optimization and growth experimentation. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, with a focus on ROI and customer lifetime value
  • Leverage SEO fundamentals to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform growth decisions and optimize marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the target audience and their needs

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles
  • Experience working across both B2C and B2B marketing models
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, including GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
  • Strong understanding of paid media, including Meta and Google ads
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals and email marketing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience with CRM marketing and funnel optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
