About the Role
The Growth Marketer position at Yotpo is a pivotal role focused on driving the growth of Ocean, a consumer membership platform designed to make online shopping effortless. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for owning the entire member funnel, from initial engagement to active, happy membership. This role requires a deep understanding of funnel metrics, the ability to generate and test ideas relentlessly, and the capacity to build lifecycle and paid programs that drive meaningful results.The ecommerce landscape is rapidly evolving, with consumer expectations for convenience, personalization, and seamless experiences on the rise. Yotpo, with its AI-powered solutions, is well-positioned to address these needs. The Growth Marketer will play a key role in leveraging data to inform marketing strategies, collaborating closely with the founders, and having a significant impact on Ocean's growth trajectory.
What You Will Do
- Own the full funnel, defining, instrumenting, and obsessing over funnel metrics at every stage, including acquisition, signup, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute a relentless experiment engine, generating hypotheses, prioritizing them, shipping tests, and honestly reading the results to compound wins.
- Design and manage SMS and email workflows to complement the customer journey, focusing on areas like free to paid conversion, onboarding, and ongoing usage.
- Build and scale paid acquisition funnels as required to enhance results, ensuring that all marketing efforts are data-driven and optimized for performance.
- Ensure that tracking and attribution are robust and trustworthy, allowing for data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve Ocean's marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Direct experience in driving growth in a D2C/ecommerce environment, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels and the ability to analyze and optimize each stage for better performance.
- Experience with GA4, including its implementation, management, and use for informing marketing decisions.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive growth and improve marketing outcomes.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and innovative approach to marketing, with a focus on continuously testing and improving strategies.
