At Bonsai, now part of Zoom, we build tools that help agencies and professional teams focus on meaningful work. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, and search channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, using data-driven targeting and rapid experimentation to scale high-performing strategies.
  • Support SEO and AI search optimization, including keyword research and technical optimization.
  • Run growth experiments, including A/B tests to improve conversion.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a focus on high-impact initiatives and a data-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SaaS or technology environments and coding skills to support experimentation or growth workflows.
