## About the Role Schneider Saddlery is seeking a Growth Marketer to own the complete customer acquisition engine, driving growth through paid acquisition, platform optimization, and SEO strategy. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will manage six-figure ad budgets across multiple channels, build and execute A/B testing roadmaps, and optimize conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, e-commerce, and AI, with a passion for the equestrian industry.
