About the Role

The Growth Marketing Intern role at Directive is an exceptional chance for aspiring marketers to join a high-performing agency and contribute to the success of bold, strategic campaigns. As a key member of the internal marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting with demand generation, campaign execution, and performance metrics. This part-time internship, requiring approximately 6-7 hours per week, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the core pillars of demand generation and develop a deep understanding of how marketing drives business growth.

In this role, you will be working closely with the marketing team to align demand generation efforts with content strategy, major campaigns, and broader brand goals. Your tasks will include drafting and refining targeted messaging, contributing to campaign execution, and assisting with performance metrics analysis. What You Will Do

  • Help draft and refine targeted messaging and compelling copy for use in outbound sequences and email nurture campaigns

  • Gain hands-on experience in measuring campaign attribution to accurately connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
