About the Role

The Growth Marketing Lead Consultant role at Unison is a unique opportunity for a skilled digital marketing professional to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign results to inform future marketing efforts. The Growth Marketing Lead Consultant will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that reach and engage target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing strategies that support product launches
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Provide training and support to junior marketing team members
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences and their needs
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth marketing or consulting role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, email, and content marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of target audiences and their needs
  • Experience with budget planning and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
