What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing channels and improve user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and business objectives
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and business decisions
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members to help them grow in their careers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jerry.ai's products and services to inform marketing strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing strategies
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and data analysis
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
