What You Will Do
- Own and scale the company's lead generation engine, focusing on data-driven decision making and measurable growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lead growth and optimize conversion rates
- Work closely with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize funnels for maximum impact
- Set up and manage analytics and tracking, including GA4, events, and full-funnel visibility
- Conduct funnel optimization (CRO) to identify leaks and improve conversions
- Run A/B tests across pages, messaging, and flows to optimize performance
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for CAC and lead quality
- Develop and manage lead growth strategies, including increasing qualified leads and building scalable systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement
- Analyze and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, CAC, and lead quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive growth and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, or revenue growth
- Strong understanding of funnels, including visitor to demo/signup to revenue
- Experience working closely with sales and product teams
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in analytics, paid campaigns, and A/B testing
- Ability to think in funnels, experiments, and impact, rather than tasks
- Experience with GA4, paid acquisition, and experimentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant platforms
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
