About the Role
The Growth Marketing Leader role at HireHawk is a high-impact position that requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in building and executing scalable growth strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue expansion in a competitive market. This role will involve working closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.As a Growth Marketing Leader, you will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives predictable pipeline growth. This will involve building multi-channel acquisition strategies, optimizing funnel performance, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously optimize ROI. You will also be responsible for strengthening the brand positioning within the staffing and RPO markets, conducting market research, and identifying new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Drive qualified lead generation for staffing and BPO services through paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, and SEO
- Build multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue expansion
- Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition
- Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with revenue targets
- Design account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate
- Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI
- Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards
- Run A/B testing and growth experiments
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience
- Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles
- Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience building demand generation engines
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM)

- Experience scaling staffing firms in the U.S. market
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
